ABOUT THE PROJECT

The proposed project involves the construction of a new, free-standing, one-story building totaling 7,800 square feet. The interior will be divided into two functional spaces: a 5,400-square-foot convenience store and a 2,400-square-foot retail store. Construction includes cast-in-place concrete foundation, metal stud walls, TPO roof on insulated metal deck supported by structural steel frame and associated site impovement with concrete parking lot.
