ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project entails the development of a thoughtfully designed, free-standing, one-story building encompassing 9,500 square feet. The layout is efficiently planned to include a 4,500-square-foot convenience store and a 5,000-square-foot retail space, each tailored to support flexible, high-traffic commercial use.

Construction features a cast-in-place concrete foundation for stability, metal stud walls for design flexibility, and a structural steel frame supporting an insulated metal deck with a high-performance TPO roof, combining durability with energy efficiency. Associated site improvements, including a concrete parking lot, are integrated to support functionality and enhance overall site usability.
