ABOUT THE PROJECT

This new 9,950-square-foot, single-story free-standing building will house a 6,200-square-foot convenience store and a 3,750-square-foot retail space. The construction features a durable cast-in-place concrete foundation, metal stud walls, and a structural steel frame supporting an insulated metal deck with a TPO roofing system. The project also includes a concrete parking lot and site improvements designed for optimal accessibility and long-term functionality.
