ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project involves the construction of a new 7,000-square-foot, single-story building, thoughtfully designed to optimize retail flow and customer experience, with 5,500 square feet programmatically allocated for a convenience store and 1,500 square feet designated for complementary retail use. This modern structure combines durability and design innovation, with a cast-in-place concrete foundation, metal stud wall framing, and a structural steel frame. An insulated metal deck and energy-efficient TPO roofing system complete the build.

Complemented by a concrete parking lot and thoughtfully planned site improvements, the project is positioned to provide a modern, accessible, and durable retail environment tailored to meet community needs and attract consistent customer traffic.
