ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Mosque Ibrahim Extension is more than a renovation—it’s a transformation of space, spirit, and community identity. Once a multipurpose gym, the existing structure is being re-envisioned as a sacred and welcoming mosque that serves the diverse needs of the MAS Katy congregation. With intentional design, the new layout introduces inclusive prayer areas and communal amenities for both men and women, fostering unity and spiritual connection.

Extending beyond the building walls, the project thoughtfully incorporates the adjacent site through an integrated landscape design. Pathways, green spaces, and gathering zones are shaped to harmonize with the mosque architecture, creating a unified environment that reflects peace, purpose, and belonging.

This seamless transition between built and natural environments speaks to our core design philosophy—where every element serves both form and function, grounded in cultural relevance and architectural clarity. The result is a space of integrity, rooted in efficiency and inspired by faith.
