Located in the heart of Houston, the new 25,000 square foot Uptown Automotive facility is a purpose-built service center that redefines the standard for modern auto repair environments. Designed to reflect the brand’s commitment to precision, professionalism, and hospitality, the building brings together operational efficiency and a premium customer experience under one roof.

Our design solution delivers a refined modern industrial aesthetic paired with high-performance functionality. The expansive service floor features high-capacity bays, integrated mechanical and collision zones, an advanced paint booth, detailing areas, and dedicated spaces for parts storage and tool management—enabling the Uptown team to provide seamless, high-volume service with exceptional quality control.

Customer experience played a central role in the design. The front-of-house includes a light-filled lobby, a contemporary lounge, and private consultation areas—all designed to foster a transparent and comfortable environment for clients. A viewing window into the service area and integrated digital touchpoints reinforce the brand’s values of trust and professionalism.

Materials were selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and alignment with the brand’s identity—combining exposed structural elements, polished concrete, and blackened metal with warm, tactile finishes in customer-facing spaces. The exterior design features crisp lines, strong geometry, and subtle branding cues that enhance visibility without overwhelming the context.

The building also houses administrative offices, staff amenities, and secure vehicle storage, all efficiently organized to support daily operations. With a focus on sustainability, natural light, and long-term resilience, this facility reflects both the forward-thinking spirit of Uptown Automotive and our shared belief that service environments can be as intentional and well-crafted as the vehicles they support.
